There are two ways to reset your e107 administrative password. The first one is to use the “Forgot password” feature on the login page:
Simply type your username and email address and the new login details will be sent to your email.
The second way to reset your password is to use the cPanel > phpMyAdmin. Simply select your e107 database and find the table called “e107_user”
In the next window find your administrative user and click the “Edit” icon next to it:
On the next page you will need to change two values on the line “user_password”:
Function – set to MD5
Value – write down your new password
Click the “GO” button when you are done. Now you can login with the new password that you just set.
