As a reseller, you will be able to create new accounts for your clients and can provide each one with a separate cPanel. Once your purchase has been completed, you will be emailed with your WHM login details and all the necessary information.
If you decide to change your package with a more powerful solution, all you need to do is to submit a new support ticket from your Client Area or contact us on our Live Chat. We will provide you with full information on the upgrade. The whole process can be seamlessly completed within minutes and without any downtime whatsoever.
It is entirely possible to use private (also known as custom) nameservers for your reseller account. In case you would like to take an advantage of this service, do not hesitate to send us a new support ticket from your Client Area and our Support Team will gladly assist you.
You will be able to manage all created accounts from your WHM. They can also be accessed from your main cPanel. All details will be sent to you in a welcome email once your package has been activated.
If a customer of yours requires SSH access we will be glad to enable it for you. In order to do so you will need to open a support ticket from your Client Area and kindly provide us with the exact cPanel username of the account in question and the IP address from which you would access it.
As a hosting reseller, you are responsible for providing support to your clients. In case you are experiencing any hosting-related issues with a particular account, you can directly contact us and we would be happy to assist you.
You will be able to easily monitor the bandwidth limit for all accounts that you have created from your WHM Account > Account Information > View Bandwidth Usage.
If you already have a reseller hosting with another provider and you would like to move the accounts/websites to your reseller package with us, we will gladly assist you with the migration. In order to request a transfer, kindly submit a support ticket from your Client Area with us.
Yes, you can add your own logo to the cPanel accounts that you will create from your WHM > cPanel > Branding.
As a reseller client, you will be provided with a WHM access where you can create and manage each account. You can also specify the resources based on the disk space and bandwidth of the reseller package you have purchased. Such custom plans can be created from your WHM > Packages > Add a Package. You can define the resources for each cPanel. The different packages could be amended in WHM > List Accounts > Change plan.
