As a reseller client, you will be provided with a WHM access where you can create and manage each account. You can also specify the resources based on the disk space and bandwidth of the reseller package you have purchased. Such custom plans can be created from your WHM > Packages > Add a Package. You can define the resources for each cPanel. The different packages could be amended in WHM > List Accounts > Change plan.
