How to add a static page

 

With e107 you have the option to add a static page along with the dynamic pages inside the e107.

In order to create a new page, please follow the steps below:

 

1. Log on to your e107 by typing your admin username and password on the front page.

 

2. Click on Admin Area.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Click on the Custom Menus/Pages link on the main page of the admin area.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Click on Create Page from the right menu.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. You will see the page edit menu.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fill in the information:

Title: The title of the page

Text: The content of the page

Upload Images: You can upload images by clicking on the Browse... button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Allow page to be rated: Self-explanatory

Allow comments: Self-explanatory

Display author and date information: Self-explanatory

Password protect page enter password to protect page: Self-explanatory

Create link in main menu enter link name to create: Here you can write the name of the link that will be auto created in the main menu.

Page / link visible to: Select the groups you want to be able to view the page.

 

6. Click on Create Page button.
