Did anyone try using Mambo? I heard Joomla is better, same developers, newer release. What do you think about it?

well from what I have heard, there was a conflict between the Mambo team and they splited. Some of them continued to develop Mambo and the others started working on Joomla which is based on Mambo. Now Joomla is much more popular and has quite a lot more to offer Smiley I suggest you to go with it

I'd go for Joomla too, they issue new versions all the time and Mambo development is practically stopped.
