Wordpress vs b2evolution

Hi guys. It's been a year now since I use the b2evolution application for my blogsite. What I came up with after a year is that the b2evolution has poorly spam and refers system. Another problem is that it is causing a lot of bandwidth and loads which is not a huge problem for me due to the bandwidth that most of the nowadays hosting companies are giving. Still, I'm considering moving to Wordpress. I read a lot of reviews on the internet and it looks like to be a really good blogging system. Could you give me some additional feedback, please? I'm open for another suggestions, as well. Thank you !
