Well, I left the Hosting Site for my web site and came here today..At first I was not sure about it because the sales rep promised alot of things that I wasn'nt sure he could give me, like free transfer and phpp3 upgrade. I'm not crazy about the idea of my site being off line for 12 to 72 hours but if TMD does what it says it will do it will be worth it...I have read all of the other feed-back and that makes me feel better.The one thing I don't understand, by reading some of these feed-backs, most of the other transfers by new members didn't take long at all. Wonder why mine will take from 12 to 72 hours and in the meantime my members can not see my site?

Thank you for your post. I have checked your account and I can say that you are a bit incorrect. The website transfer took 15 minutes to be completed starting from the time your provided us with login details for your previous hosting account. The 12 to 72 hours your are mentioning are for the domain propagation. Basically when you change the nameservers of a domain name, it needs this time so it can propagate all over the world. This is something which no one has control over and depends only on the domain name.

The outages and errors that you had were because you were still opening your website from your old providers. Now as the changes have took effect your website is working properly and smoothly. I hope that you will be satisfied with its performance.

Thanks for your reply but I started this friday evening, its now sunday evening.....Go to www.jmjoutdoorworld.com,,,,my site, and see what comes up..Nothing is back up and running and right now I have alot of members wondering what happened to the site. I'm not being rude,,I just don't understand whats going on.

Well, I gotta tell ya,,the support team at TMD did excatly what they said they would do..They answered support tickets right away and had my problems solved fast....On a scale of 1 to 10, i'll mark TMD with a 10..I'm glad I made the move from my old Hosting Provider to TMD.
