I want to thank Leroy especially for the great stuff he did to my website. I haven't expected so many customization by a support rep but he did everything for me. If you want customizations - look for Leroy Tongue

I believe they are all very experienced, my last few tickets were handled by different support members, including Leroy. they were all answered very promptly.
