Hello,

I just wanted to tell you guys how impressed I am with the setup of my account. I wanted to have Wordpress installed with a couple of modules and on the LiveChat they told me that it will take around 1-2 hours for the account set up and all installations. I agreed as this was a reasonable time frame and I could wait a little. The thing is that after I signed up, they made the installations for 20 minutes. 20 MINUTES for Wordpress + 3 modules.. I know that many people can perform this but I haven't seen a hosting company with such performance!

I totally agree. I am able to install modules by myself, but twice I had problems with failed installations and the Support Team helped me within minutes.

Compared to my old host who needed HOURS to even answer my request...

Yep, I needed calendar and another module for Joomla and I got them in 15 minutes...
I am getting more and more satisfied with this company day by day.

I had a very nice template installed on my website by the support team!

They installed few additionally so I can select! Great help, thanks! icon_smile
